LEXINGTON COUNTY, S.C. — A woman whose disappearance triggered a search in two Midlands counties has been found alive.
Deborah Kay Peeples of Prosperity, South Carolina was located in Lexington County Tuesday. She was taken to the hospital for treatment.
Lexington County deputies did not elaborate on her condition or how she was found.
Peeples had been missing since Saturday night.
According to a statement from the Newberry County Sheriff's Office, she was previously seen at Higher Ground outside Chapin - a location maps show as east of the city on Chapin Road.
